Frequently asked questions
Everything you might want to know before selling.
Most services quote one price online, then quietly lower it once your phone arrives — knowing you'd rather accept less than deal with a return. We don't do that.
You verify your phone's condition with us upfront through photos, screenshots and a short video. A specialist — a real person, not an automated system — reviews it and confirms a price. If your phone matches what you showed us, that's what we pay.
The submission itself takes about 5 minutes. A specialist then reviews it by hand and sends your confirmed price, typically within 3 hours during business hours (9am–6pm, Monday to Saturday).
We currently buy iPhone 14 and newer, including all Plus, Pro, Pro Max, and the iPhone 16e and 17 Air models. We're expanding the range over time, so check back if your model isn't listed yet.
Yes. When you start, just tell us you're using the phone you want to sell. You'll complete the screenshots on that phone, then upload the photos and video later from another device using your reference number. We'll hold your submission until you do.
If you accept our offer, we send a Royal Mail box to your address free of charge. Pack your phone securely, remove your SIM, sign out of iCloud, and drop it at any Post Office. We recommend keeping your proof of postage.
Once we receive your phone and confirm it matches your submission, we pay you by bank transfer — typically within 24 hours. We collect your bank details securely at the payment stage, never before.
Because you verify everything upfront, this almost never happens. In the rare case something doesn't match — undisclosed damage, a different model, or a fault that wasn't declared — we'll tell you exactly what, and either offer a revised price or return the phone to you at our cost. The choice is yours.
We check every device's IMEI against the national database of lost and stolen phones — standard practice for any legitimate buyback. We only ask for it after you've accepted an offer, so we're not running checks before there's a deal.
We can only buy phones that are fully paid off and not under any finance agreement. If your phone is still on finance, you'll need to settle it with your provider before selling. Phones found to be under active finance can't be purchased.
72 hours. Our prices reflect current market conditions, which move quickly, so we can only hold a quote for three days. If it expires, you're welcome to submit again for a fresh price.
Yes. We only collect what we need to complete your sale, the photos and video you upload are deleted once your sale is complete, and we never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
